By entering the Japan Prize Giveaway: Win 1 of 3 Prize Packs competition conducted by JapanTravelMate.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Who can enter?
   1. Entry is open to any person globally.
   2. If you are under 18 years of age, you agree that you have your parents consent to enter.
2. How do I enter?
   1. Click the Enter Now button on the competition landing page (http://japantravelmate.com/win/japan-prize-giveaway) and complete the survey.
   2. You must answer all questions honestly and legitimately.
3. Prize pack details and winners
   1. There are 3 separate prize packs available. Details of prizes and who they are award to see the competition landing page (http://japantravelmate.com/win/japan-prize-giveaway).
   2. This competitions is a game of skill and chance plays no part in awarding the entry. The most creative and/or inspiring answer the question what is your dream Japan holiday on the final page of the survey will win a prize pack.
   3. The winners will be announced on Facebook, JapanTravelMate.com, Twitter and Google+.
   4. Winners will be contacted by email and will need to supply their postal address. If the prize pack includes a Japan Photo print, the winner will be asked to choose a photo from JapanTravelMate.com’s Japan Photos.
   5. If prizes are unclaimed within 7 days the prize will be awarded to the next best entry.
   6. JapanTravelMate.com reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event the winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, forfeits or does not claim a prize.
   7. The prize is not redeemable by the winner for cash or alternative prize.
   8. JapanTravelMate.com reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value in the event that the prize is not available.
4. Limitation of liability
   1. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of JapanTravelMate.com which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, JapanTravelMate.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. JapanTravelMate.com also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who JapanTravelMate.com has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
